Fawzieh “Fifi” Kiwan is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and the founder of Kiwan Behavioral Services, a leading provider of individualized behavioral therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related developmental challenges in Bahrain and across the Gulf region.

With over a decade of hands-on experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Fifi is passionate about helping children reach their full potential through evidence-based, compassionate care. At Kiwan Behavioral Services, she is deeply involved in every aspect of care — from conducting assessments and designing treatment plans to training therapists and guiding parents through every step of their child’s journey.

She holds a Master of Science in Developmental and Child Psychology with Applied Behavior Analysis from Kaplan University, and a Master’s Certificate in ABA from the University of North Texas. She also earned her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Clark University and is a proud member of the Golden Key International Honour Society.

Fifi’s vision is simple: to make high-quality, personalized behavioral support accessible for all families. Whether you’re seeking guidance, early intervention, or ongoing therapy, her goal is to build brighter, more empowered futures — one child at a time.
